Air Compressor

Air enters the air filter through a telescopic hose and is first sent to the first-stage cylinder for the first compression. It then flows through the first-stage exhaust pipeline equipped with a first-stage safety valve into the second-stage cylinder for the second compression. After that, the air passes through the second-stage exhaust pipeline into an oil-water separator fitted with a second-stage safety valve, where oil, water, and gas are separated. Subsequently, it enters the third-stage cylinder for the final compression. Finally, the discharged high-pressure gas undergoes purification treatment via a filter equipped with a final safety valve, and then the pure high-pressure gas is delivered into the user’s gas storage cylinder through an inflation nozzle with a pressure retaining valve.
All key components are manufactured using high-precision CNC machining centers, and the entire equipment is installed and tested in strict compliance with the compressor standards of developed countries in Europe and America.

The air inflator pump is a machine that compresses air step-by-step to a high pressure; it functions to increase gas pressure or transport gas. It can compress air in its free state to highly compressed air with a gauge pressure of 225bar/330bar. Subsequently, the air passes through the liquid-gas separator of the compressor component to remove water, oil, and impurities. The separated high-pressure air then goes through an air filtration system containing activated carbon to eliminate odors from the high-pressure air, thereby purifying the high-pressure air.
