Fire Hose

 Fire hoses are hoses used to convey high-pressure water or foam and other flame-retardant liquids. Traditional fire hoses have a rubber inner lining and their outer surface is wrapped with linen fabric. Advanced fire hoses are made of polymeric materials such as polyurethane. Both ends of a fire hose are equipped with metal couplings, which can be connected to another rubber hose, polyurethane hose, or PVC fire hose (which provides CCS certificates ) to extend the distance, or connected to a nozzle to increase the liquid spray pressure.
Fire hoses are pipes that connect fire hydrants and fire nozzles, responsible for delivering water sources to the fire scene. Fire hoses are typically made of durable materials such as rubber or PVC, and they have a lining inside to prevent leaks. The length of the hose can vary according to different needs and standards; for example, on ships, fire hoses usually do not exceed 20 meters in length.To ensure the normal operation of fire hoses and nozzles in emergency situations, regular inspection and maintenance are essential. This includes checking the hoses for issues such as aging, damage, hardening, lining adhesion, and cracking at folded areas, as well as ensuring the nozzles' spraying function is working properly.
