Wearing procedures and usage methods of firefighters' equipment
1.Put on the protective suit and trousers, fasten the trouser straps, put on the fire boots and fasten the protective foot covers, and insert the fire axe into the pocket on the trouser leg.
2. Unfasten the fire-resistant rescue rope and fasten the safety hook to the metal buckle of the fire belt.
3. Check whether the explosion-proof lamp is in good condition. If the battery is not installed, it should be installed first. For the inspection and usage methods of explosion-proof lamps, please refer to the "Explosion-proof Lamp User Manual".
4. Carry the air respirator bottle with the bottom up on your shoulder and adjust the shoulder strap and waist belt properly. Put on the protective suit jacket, cover the respirator behind the jacket to prevent strong heat radiation from the gas cylinder and rubber hose, and pass the gas supply valve through the pocket of the protective suit jacket. For the usage method of protective clothing, please refer to the "User Manual for Fire Insulation Clothing (Protective Clothing)".
5. Open the cylinder valve switch and put on the mask properly. The inspection and usage methods of the respirator are detailed in the relevant sections of the "Respirator User Manual".
6. Wear a safety helmet, carry or slung an explosion-proof lamp, and after checking that all spare parts are functioning properly, you can enter the work area.
7. It is also possible to wear the mask and use the respirator after other wear is completed, which can reduce the loss of compressed air in the gas cylinder.
8. After use, firefighters' equipment should be cleaned, organized, and inspected as required in their respective instructions to ensure it is in good condition before being placed in the packaging box for future use.
