CE Certificate
(1) Special SS304 stainless steel that meets national standards. After pickling and passivation treatment, it has stronger resistance to acid, alkali, salt, and oil chemical substances than untreated SS304 stainless steel. All castings are made by silica sol casting process, without sand holes or gas holes and other defects. Compared with sand casting process, it has higher density and strength, and longer service life.
(2) The main pipe and the horizontal pipe of the shower, as well as the elbow between the horizontal pipe and the shower head, are made of seamless steel pipe elbow in one piece (patented: patent number ZL 2013 2 0407943.7), which greatly saves installation time and reduces the risk of leakage at the installation joint.
(3) It requires little operating force, making it easy for users to open quickly, and is more suitable for use in emergency situations. It has excellent wear resistance and sealing performance, with an effective service life of over 300,000 times. Maintenance is convenient, as the valve body does not need to be disassembled. The valve core can be directly replaced from the side of the switch, effectively reducing the maintenance cost for users.
(4) When in use, simply push the hand valve lightly, and clean water will automatically spray from the eye wash nozzle. The nozzle is equipped with a dust cover that can be automatically opened by the water flow when in use. After the eye wash switch is turned on, it will not close automatically without manual operation. Please turn off the switch and reset the dust cover after use.
(5) It adopts a heavy-duty two-piece switch. The water passage diameter is large, ensuring that the shower flow rate meets the standard. When in use, pull the shower lever downward to open the switch, and push it upward to close the switch. The shower switch handle is at 45 degrees upward for the closed state and 45 degrees downward for the open state.
(6) The eye wash nozzle is equipped with multiple layers of filters, effectively filtering impurities in the water and turning the water flow into a foamy water column, effectively preventing impurities in the water or excessive water flow from causing secondary injuries to the injured person's eyes and injured areas. The filters are easy to remove, clean, and maintain.
