The AH-KCB Series Foam Transfer Pump is a high-efficiency, motorized device designed for marine fire-fighting and viscous liquid transfer. Composed of a gasoline engine, stainless steel gear pump, and durable frame, it specializes in transferring foam concentrate to fire-fighting vehicles or shipboard fire systems. It also handles other viscous liquids (≤200CT), making it a versatile tool for maritime, petrochemical, and emergency rescue applications.
• High Flow Rate: Two models available—AH-KCB200 (≥200L/min) and AH-KCB450 (≥400L/min)—meeting small and large-scale fire-fighting needs.
• Corrosion Resistance: Stainless steel gear pump (304 grade) resists saltwater and chemical corrosion, ideal for marine and petrochemical environments.
• Strong Self-Priming Capacity: ≥3m self-priming depth, enabling quick liquid transfer even from low-lying tanks on ships.
The AH-KCB200 is equipped with a Honda GX200 engine (single-cylinder, air-cooled, four-stroke) delivering ≥4.5Kw of power. This ensures consistent performance in high-temperature (≤50℃) or high-humidity marine environments, with a continuous operation time of ≥4 hours on a full tank.
The meshing gear pump design achieves ≥85% volumetric efficiency, minimizing liquid loss during transfer. It handles foam concentrate (common in marine fire-fighting) and other viscous liquids (e.g., diesel, lubricating oil), making it suitable for both emergency and routine ship maintenance.
The pump’s frame is made of powder-coated steel (anti-rust), with a weight of ≤50kg (AH-KCB200) and ≤70kg (AH-KCB450). It features built-in handles for easy lifting, allowing 2–3 personnel to move it across ship decks or offshore platforms.
On cargo ships, tankers, or passenger vessels, the pump is used to transfer foam concentrate from storage tanks to on-board fire hydrants or sprinkler systems. During fires (e.g., cargo fires, engine room fires), its high flow rate ensures a steady supply of foam, suppressing flames quickly and reducing damage.
Offshore oil platforms store large volumes of foam concentrate for fire emergencies. The pump transfers concentrate to platform fire trucks or fixed fire systems, with its corrosion-resistant design withstands saltwater spray and harsh weather.
For coastal rescue teams, the pump is deployed to transfer foam or water to small boats responding to ship fires. Its self-priming capacity allows it to draw liquid from coastal tanks or even the sea (with proper filtration), supporting rescue operations in remote areas.
