    A The internationally recognized testing basis for marine products primarily includes the following international conventions and regulations:
    Specific international conventions and regulations provide unified standards and requirements for the inspection of marine products, ensuring the safety and environmental performance of ships and their equipment worldwide. At the same time, countries have developed specific regulations and domestic laws and regulations based on these international rules to implement inspections for marine products. Specific standards include:
     
    International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974, as Amended. (SOLAS);
    MARPOL Convention 1973/1978;
    IMO MEPC-18/WP3 ANNEX 2;
    International Code for the Application of Fire Test Procedures (2010FTP);
    International Code for Fire Safety Systems (FSS);
    Code for the Statutory Surveys of Ships and Offshore Installations;
    International Labour Organization Conventions (ILO, partially acceded to).

    Currently, IACS has 11 full members, including China Classification Society (CCS), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Bureau Veritas (BV), Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Korean Register of Shipping (KR), Lloyd's Register (LR), Germanischer Lloyd (GR), Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (NK), Polish Register of Shipping (PRS), and Registrar Italiana (RINA), as well as two associate members.
